Production of equipment for pipe-line rehabilitation

Stroitelna Mehanizatsia JSC produces machines and instruments for the field of trenchless technologies. In 2010 the company started the production and export of installations for trenchless pipe-line rehabilitation using the technology “Cured – in place pipe/CIPP/”. Together with the equipment a software program is offered and this program was developed especially for Stroitelna Mehanizatsia JSC to have an overall control of work processes of inversion in real time and from a distance. In order to achieve a maximum optimization of work processes the company produces not only the machine for inversion of the lining but also impregnating rollers for heavy linings and large diameter ones. It also produces a mixing station for double-component epoxy and polyester resin and charging the mixture into the lining before impregnation.
