Increasing the competitiveness of Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD through introduction of internationally recognized standards and establishing IT system for management

 

The Project “Increasing the competitiveness of Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD through introduction of internationally recognized standards and establishing IT system for management” was successfully realized from August 2009 to August 2010.

The project was financed by Operational Programme “Development of competitiveness of Bulgarian economy” 2007 – 2013 with funds provided by ERDF and Bulgaria’s state budget.  

The common goal of the project is increasing the competitiveness of Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD on the Bulgarian and European market through introducing internationally recognized quality and environmental standards and modernization of the company management.

The specific goals of the project are introducing Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System according to Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 14001:2004 and introducing an IT-based management system.

Within the project an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System according to Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 14001:2004В was built up and introduced. The investment support, which is connected with purchasing of a special software and hardware, allowed the introduction of a unified information system for management of the various aspects of company activity.  

The integrated management system stimulated the improvement of the company results. The introduced standards guarantee that Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD will successfully offer its services and develop its activity on the home as well as on the global market.
