OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The successful implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety System of STROITELNA MEHANIZATSIA AD requires:

1. Application of the health and safety policy in all activities of STROITELNA MEHANIZATSIA AD and continuous control of its observance;
2. Constant maintenance of the good conditions of the workplaces and the good working order of the equipment in compliance with the requirements of the safety legislation and the leading world standards;
3. Providing constant control and optimization of the work conditions and safety through recognizing the problems and duly solving them, in order to prevent damages and occupational diseases;
4. Strict compliance with the applicable legal and other requirements connected to identified dangers and assessed risks for healthy and safe work conditions;
5. Training and informing the staff at all levels in order to prevent accidents at work and motivating the staff and subcontractors to implement their duties in compliance with the safety and health requirements;
6. Training of the staff and improvement of the abilities of the employees for prevention and minimization of emergency situations with the purpose of implementing the health and safety policy;
7. Maintenance of a high level of technical security of the construction and emergency equipment;
8. Provision of a constant improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the results of its application.

The realization of the policy is implemented through incorporation and constant improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in compliance with the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007, as well as strict implementation of the programme with the general and specific objectives under the Occupational Health and Safety of STROITELNA MEHANIZATSIA AD.

The implementation of the health and safety policy is possible only when all employees contribute to its realization. It is as important as the productivity, efficiency, quality and protection of the environment.
