In April 2012 the project “Modern management in the process of preparation of pipelines by using trenchless technology” under grant scheme BG161PO003-2.1.12 “Compliance with internationally recognised standards and introduction of management systems in enterprises”. The project is implemented with the financial support of Operational Programme “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. 

The common goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD through strengthening the leadership positions on the Bulgarian market and facilitating the access to the European markets.   

With this project the access to the local and foreign market will be improved, the capacity for implementation of a larger number and more complex projects will increase, production costs will be reduced, the management of the company will acquire control over the entire work process. The result will be a better EU market position of Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD compared to its competitors.
