Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD signed a memorandum for construction of a municipal solid waste treatment plant in Kazakhstan

A Memorandum for construction of a municipal solid waste treatment plant was signed on 8^th November in the City of Taraz, Kazakhstan. The bilateral agreement was signed by Mr. Stefan Zhelyazkov, Executive Direcctor of Stroitelna Mehanizatsia AD and Mr. Bekbolat Oribekov, Mayor of the city of Taraz. This happened in the Palace of Youth in the city of Taraz during the International Investment Forum Taraz Invest 2012.  

The construction of a municipal solid waste treatment plant will provide a modern and effective system for waste management in the city of Taraz which will improve the citizens’ quality of life and the environmental state in the region.  

The forum is organized with the support of Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Kazakhstan. More than 300 local and foreign businessmen, economists, investors, representatives of the respective ministries and agencies, development institutions and international organizations took part in the dialogue between the business and the Government which became one of the most significant events in the field of business in the southern region of the country.
